- Check-in: 3:00pm
- Check-out: 11:00am
- The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor spaces; you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
- We love music; however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00pm.
- Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.
- Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.
- Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
- A mandatory security deposit amount of Rs.10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 21 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund
- Any cancellations made within 21 days of the check-in date are non-refundable
Peak Dates/Long Weekends:
- Bookings during these dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In:
- No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check-in. Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check-in has occurred
Refund Policy:
- Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as no-show & no refund will be given
- No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
