- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen unless prior permission is taken.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are permitted.
- No outside guests or day visitors are allowed during the stay.
- Parties are allowed; however, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM and must be moved indoors.
- Guests are requested to maintain noise levels and respect the surrounding environment.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
- Illegal activities including drugs, narcotics, or weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
- Pets are allowed; guests are requested to inform in advance and ensure supervision.
- Driver and staff accommodation is available at an additional cost.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Valid government ID is required for all guests above 4 years of age.
- Management reserves the right to deny accommodation in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations.
- Security Deposit: ₹3000/- per room
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/ she is entitled to a 12 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- After this 12 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, and Christmas & New Year, will not be accepted.
- If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.
