- Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of This villa are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.

- We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.

- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 20,000 at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out.
- Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of This villa, with additional charges.

- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked This Villa.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
