A grand palace door opens into a foyer that leads to a quaint garden courtyard, featuring expansive walkways that highlight the hues of pink earth. Ancient metal chains dangle from the tiled roof, directing rainwater into the soil below. To the right lies a more spacious courtyard that contains a turquoise pool. A gazebo on the deck of the courtyard is adorned with exquisite blue cast iron chairs and a marble-topped table. In one of the bedrooms that encircle the poolside, with flooring reminiscent of the Mediterranean Sea, an 18th-century Jain painting is displayed. At the junction of the courtyards, there is a double-height living area characterized by a sloping vaulted roof, allowing a gentle breeze to flow through.
On the upper level, the master bedroom features a four-poster bed set upon a floor designed with an intricate Persian carpet pattern. In the bathroom, an antique wooden dressing table supports a glass sink. A window provides a view of the courtyard, showcasing the villa’s enchanting Mediterranean allure. Nestled in a tranquil area of Anjuna in North Goa, this idyllic setting promotes peaceful days of contemplation while remaining conveniently close to the finest beaches, lively bars, and fashionable restaurants. - Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.
- All toiletries will be provided on request.
- A cleaning charge Rs.15,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing pets.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Kindly store your valuables in safety lockers available in the rooms.
- Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.

- Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
- Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
- Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests This Villa are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
- Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 20,000 at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out.
- Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion This Villa, with additional charges.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion This Villa.
- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked This Villa.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
