- Payment terms | 50% on booking. Balance before check-in.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. A refundable damage security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- will be collected at the time of check-in.
- In case of a power outage, power backup for 3 to 4 hours available through the inverter. Generator will be provided for up to 8 hours during the night.
- As required by law, every guest above the age of 18 years has to carry a valid government approved photo ID, that shows address.
- Guests cannot invite other visitors to stay or utilise the villa’s facilities.
- Playing loud music or playing music in open areas is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM.
- We urge the guest to wear appropriate swimwear in the pool.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site, so children must be accompanied by adults at all times while in the pool.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming of drugs/narcotics, hookah/shisha and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and consume it responsibly. We do not provide or sell alcohol at the property.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- This property is not suited for pets. Please don’t bring your dog or cat along.
- To keep the villa in good condition, we screen guests before booking. No offence, but bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 21 days before check-in (excluding peak dates), after deducting 20% of the total villa rental amount (full stay price, not just the advance/booking amount) as a processing and administrative fee. No refund for cancellations within 21 days of check-in.
