- Kitchen access is restricted for guests, except in the case of infants, with prior permission.
- Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed on the premises during the stay.
- Bachelor and stag groups are permitted.
- Parties and late-night loud music are discouraged. Music must not be played beyond 10:00 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the property.
- Strictly no illegal activities, including possession or consumption of drugs, narcotics, firearms, or any prohibited substances.
- Management reserves the right to inform local authorities if required.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or guest rooms.
- If a pool is present, it is unguarded and does not have a lifeguard. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- As per government regulations, all guests above the age of 4 must carry a valid photo ID with address proof. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking in case of inappropriate behaviour or violation of the above house rules.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 3000 per room
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/ she is entitled to a 12 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- After this 12 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- Cancellation for peak dates, including Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas & New Year, Republic Day, and Holi, will not be accepted.
- If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.
