Nestled along the Mandovi River in Britona Goa, VODGA130 Villa is a beautifully restored 4-bedroom villa designed in the traditional Portuguese style, situated within a vibrant Goan fishing village. The villa has been reconstructed with classic proportions, featuring arched windows and essential Portuguese architectural elements, providing a clean and comfortable environment for contemporary travelers. Two of the bedrooms overlook the river, complemented by large balconies, greenery-adorned sit-outs, and a spacious pool deck that facilitates a harmonious indoor–outdoor lifestyle.
Guests can observe fishing boats as they pass by, immerse themselves in the daily life of the village, and appreciate the shifting light on the Mandovi from various vantage points within the home. - Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room
- If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere before 14 days before checkin date, they are entitled to a 100% refund.
- Any cancellations made after 14 days to checkin date, there would be no refund.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.
