This ultra-modern villa is crafted for spacious, larger-than-life living. It boasts two temperature-controlled swimming pools on different levels, featuring a sunken bar and a jacuzzi. The master suite spans 2,000 sq. ft., linked by glass bridges, and provides breathtaking views of the surrounding paddy fields and hills. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a private terrace that overlooks the fields.
Additionally, there is a fully equipped gym that offers views of the pool. For leisurely evenings, a state-of-the-art home theatre, games area, and a walk-in library are available. An Irish-style bar is perfect for late-night discussions and drinks. Open terraces are designed for outdoor dining and sunset gatherings. The villa also includes a steam room, dumbwaiter, and elevator for enhanced comfort and convenience. Expansive courtyards and double-height living areas allow for ample light, scale, and connectivity. The chef-run kitchen features a walk-in refrigerator and an herb garden, ensuring farm-fresh dining experiences.All Amenities

- This is pure vegetarian home.
- No other non veg items are cooked in the house apart from eggs; but can be ordered from outside
- We request all guests to refrain from wearing footwear inside the villa, inhouse slippers are available for use.
- The grand piano is for display only. We kindly request guests not to touch or play it.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site.
- Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 7500 per room
- If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date
- Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
- A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee.
- Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.
- If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*
- Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, and Christmas & New Year, will not be accepted.
- In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
