The living room is connected to a separate kitchen area, which is fully outfitted with modern conveniences, in addition to a conveniently situated powder room. Enter into an open living room that seamlessly connects to the private pool through expansive glass windows, establishing an ideal environment for evening relaxation.
The dining area flows effortlessly to the poolside, providing a peaceful ambiance. Nestled in the serene and upscale neighborhood of Assagao, the villa is surrounded by some of Goa’s most renowned and delectable restaurants, such as Izumi Assagao, Gunpowder, Jamun Goa, Vinayak Family Restaurant, and Bawari, all within a mere 2 minutes’ distance. This villa is also conveniently located just 15 minutes from Anjuna Flea Market, 15 minutes from Vagator Beach, 30 minutes from Mopa Airport, and 60 minutes from Dabolim Airport.All Amenities
- Check-in: 3:00pm
- Check-out: 11:00am
- The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor spaces; you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
- We love music; however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00pm.
- Hookah will be available at a charge of 2500, with an additional cost of ₹1000 per flavor refill.
- Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.
- Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.
- Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from the security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
- A mandatory security deposit amount of 20000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 21 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund
- Any cancellations made within 21 days of the check-in date are non-refundable
Peak Dates/Long Weekends:
- Bookings during these dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In:
- No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check-in. Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check-in has occurred
Refund Policy:
- Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as no-show & no refund will be given
- No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
